Anti Ageing

Contrary to popular belief, long hair doesn’t need to be “ageing” – it depends on where the cut-off point is! If you’re loathed to lose the length, add some soft layers around the face and maybe a sweeping, asymmetric fringe.

Many think only men look sexy with grey hair – for women it’s a case of blend or banish! If you’re a blonde, use highlights to make grey hairs undetectable; if you’re a darker base, you’ll need a permanent colour to cover up. But be firm with yourself – you’ll need an appointment every four weeks to prevent tell-tale grey areas from reappearing.

A great fringe covers a multitude of signs, and is a great way to deal with the early signs of ageing. Strong, blunt fringes are working wonders for Sadie Frost and Dannii Minogue…

In terms of products – treat from the inside, out. Some of the most glamorous looking people are those who eat a healthy, balanced diet – they look years younger than they actually are!
