Cancellation Policy

Eleven hair requires 24 hours notice to cancel any styling and colouring appointment or 50% of the charge will be made. Straight Perm and Digital Perm appointments require 72 hours notice. Please note that a credit card confirmation may be required at the time of your booking.

Appointments made with GroupOn voucher require at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule (when spaces are available). If client fails to do so, he/she won't be granted another appointment.

A sensitivity test is required 48 hours prior to first time colour appointments.
